this is two packs of oatmeal at a
hundred and thirty calories each it is
maple brown sugar
morning tea consists of Egyptian tea one
teaspoon of sugar and three tablespoons
of milk these are called termos beans
and so what it is is they have a shell
I'm trying to show you guys they have a
shell and then there's like a little
bean inside of it and I like these for a
little snack it's something that small
but still something that gives me a
little bit of something to snack on but
still healthy
dinner tonight I had chicken fajita with
bell pepper onion and seasoned with just
pepper salt just a few things like that
hello everybody and welcome back to my
channel if you're new welcome to my
channel so um let's see where do I start
I'm sick again I don't know we're all
passing it throughout our home it's my
second time getting this I don't know if
I many have as well hmm feels like it's
really down low in my lungs when I cough
it hurts I've I was up all night last
night I didn't sleep not an ounce of
sleep I was up all night around the
clock doing my asthma inhaler I also
took some prednisone and that's supposed
to help calm my lungs down I have a call
in to the doctors I think I'm gonna be
making an appointment today and have
them go ahead and check my lungs because
they just feel really stuffy and if you
guys some of you guys are well there's
many many many many of you guys that are
new I was sick a few weeks ago pretty
sick and it took me a while to go in and
I don't want to wait especially with
doing my weight loss challenge I don't
have time to be sick you know I just I
really don't so there's that um but I
still stayed on track I still did what I
was supposed to do and there is that I
however have not done any exercising
because it's really hard to breathe
right now my lungs are very tight so
instead of doing working out
Oh stab doing working out I just did a
lot of like um like lay cliffs I did
some leg lifts while I was sitting in a
chair but anything that really kept like
got me breathing really hard like
walking or anything like that I'm not
trying to do that right now just because
I really need to kind of like make sure
that I'm not getting my lungs going too
much and then not be able to get any air
in at all so but other than that like my
eating and stuff has been on point um I
also wanted to just remind everybody I
am NOT on a zero carb diet I don't for
myself personally I know a lot of people
have done keto and they've had amazing
amazing outcomes but for me I don't
believe keto is something that's
sustainable for a lifetime for me I'm
not saying that it couldn't be for
somebody else and I'm not that's not my
job to preach to other people or judge
them for how they choose to want to lose
weight
that's totally their thing but for me
personally um I feel that in a lifetime
I'm gonna have carbs so why not teach
myself now how to control it rather than
just eliminating that altogether and
then when I do go to have carbs my
body's just gonna be like well you know
and then I'm gonna have this whole issue
of gaining way back so for me I am NOT
zero carbs I do have carbs in my diet
however it doesn't mean that that's all
I'm eating is carbs I try to keep very
low with carbs um but I don't eliminate
them out a hundred percent all so I
wanted to just quickly address
cupcake vegan for life I want to thank
her for for her criticism but I guess
maybe I needed to look at it in a
different way I think maybe I was
looking at it in a really negative way
rather than taking what she was saying
as putting it you know towards what I'm
doing and um you know like she said not
everybody's gonna agree with everything
know each everybody does and I do have
to agree with that and so I do want to
just say thank you for reaching out and
explaining things I I do listen to your
videos and I just want to apologize you
know because I did come off pretty harsh
towards you rude um I don't want to say
that that wasn't my intention because I
was meaning to be rude just because you
know I felt like I was kind of being
attacked but if I don't look at it in
that gear I guess that's where I kind of
need to be more cautious when I'm being
sensitive so cuz there's obviously gonna
be a lot of people that have you know
their own personal opinions and things
like that so I just want to again say
thank you for reaching out and trying to
help and you are helping just so you
know I've taken a lot of what you have
said and you know just like the whole
MyFitnessPal thing I you know like I
said I didn't know there was verified
accounts versus just things that are
throwing up there I just thought
everything that was on and I wasn't
doing it off of I mean okay so here's
kinda the explanation why I said I was
using my fitness pal hard okay I was
using or I am using my fitness pal to
load everything that I've eaten so that
everybody can see what I've eaten that
was the one thing that kept me on track
last time
was putting it down so I could see it um
I could do paper and pen but I don't
know that I would be I don't think I
would do it as well as if I just use my
phone and log into My Fitness Pal that
is why I chose to go ahead and do my
fitness pal versus a paper and pen just
because for me if I have a paper and pin
around my kids are gonna have it because
they always grab my paper and pin to
color or draw so for me it's just easier
just to do it with my phone um so I just
wanted to say that that's why when I
said well I was using my fitness pal was
and I was googling this stuff cuz I
didn't know that you can search food on
mine Fitness Pal and have it come up and
help you so now that I know that let me
tell you it really has helped a lot
because I know that I can just go into
my fitness file type in as best as I can
on what it is and hope that something
close to it if it's not the same thing
come up and I would rather be I'd rather
pick more calories on something than
under calories so that's kind of where
I'm at I have you know I mean I've only
been on this since Wednesday but I will
say that I have stayed under my calories
both days I do find myself having a hard
time trying to keep up with my calorie
intake especially because I'm sick I
don't want to eat anything so I'm doing
the best I can
tonight we are having turkey and cabbage
and a couple of different things so I
really don't know how I'm gonna figure
out the calories on that because it's
kind of I do have a scale for food so I
can weigh like my turkey meat and stuff
but I don't know how you would do it's
mushy so it's it's an Egyptian thing
that has like cabbage and has a little
bit of rice but it has like vegetables
and dill and a whole bunch of stuff in
it
and it's stuffed cabbage basically but
you don't know how you would figure all
those calories out so I'm just gonna
kind of have to play with it a little
bit I don't foresee myself really eating
much today and also maybe I mean by the
time dinner comes even if I was to eat a
little bit more calories for dinner it
will balance itself out not that that's
a good thing but I'm just kind of in a
limbo right now because like I said I'm
sick and I don't feel like eating but I
know I need to eat
so anyways other than that that's really
that's been my day in a nutshell I um
I'm hoping that I can get into the
doctor's today of course I am closing my
day not yesterday but for today I'm
closing it because I was just not
filling it last night so I just said
well I'll just do it this morning but
anyways I want to thank everybody for
being here and joining in on this
channel and watching me I am doing my
ultimate best I'm putting one foot in
front of the other every single morning
I just remind myself why I'm doing this
and what my goals are for and that has
kept me you know staying focused on my
goal when there's moments where I just
want to like give up and be like I don't
feel like doing this right now I don't
feel like doing this today I remind
myself I have a lot of people supporting
me and cheering me on and I don't want
to let anybody down and I don't want to
let myself down so I know that it's a
challenge that's why it's called a
challenge and I'm done a stick through
it but I just you know I'm doing the
best I can with my video in my food and
stuff like that I will start I'll forget
and then halfway through I'm like I
forgot to record what I was gonna eat so
sometimes you guys will get videos work
half of the foods already gone because
I'm like oops like this morning I had
sausage just turkey sausage and my tea
and I was like already halfway done I'm
like oops
we'll just get what I got but anyways
again I just want to thank everybody for
all your guys's amazing support if it
wasn't for you guys I think I would have
already been lost because you know
trying to be on a program where you're
about basically taking away what you're
used to is hard it's not easy but
getting all the amazing support and
encouraging words along with it it makes
it all worth what I'm doing and again I
just want to say thank you cupcake for I
don't know your real name so I'm just
calling you cupcake um I just want to
thank you for taking your time and I
know that you're reviewing my channel
and I know you're reviewing my videos
and I appreciate it
I will definitely keep my eyes more open
to the positive you know of why you're
doing this and take your words for a
teaching rather than take it as a
negative thing and I just want to say

you're explaining yourself and how you

like this you obviously take everything
sensitively anyways because you've got
so many people already against you that
is just like you just want people to be
in your corner if you could possibly

how much footage I'm honestly gonna get
today cuz I like I said I'm sick I'm not
really in the mood to even eat I am
sitting here trying to drink my tea
which this is Egyptian team I know
somebody had a question about I'm not
really I don't remember you but they
were asking how I do my tea because it's
tea and milk so this is Egyptian tea so
it's just regular black tea and then we
put
three tablespoons of soy milk sorry I
was like the three tablespoons of soy
milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar and that's
it that's what this tea is and if I'm
not drinking this kind of tea then this
is the other type of tea that I do drink
which it's unsweetened I don't drink the
sweetened tea out of these cuz they're
just it's way too sweet but for the most
part I'm still pushing my water I
successfully I have to honestly say I
successfully drink half of a gallon
yesterday that is a lot of water for me
because like I said I can go I can go a
couple days without drinking water and
I'll forget because I had been drinking
soda the whole time so taking myself
away from the soda and just you know
going straight water I've noticed that
you know I've been using the restroom
more often and if it's not that is just
drinking a lot of water but like I said
if I'm out and I want something a little
bit different in flavor I will get
something of this brand usually well
it's always unsweetened because I don't
like I said I don't and I don't like
drinking my calories if I can help it
unless like this morning I'm doing my
tea but otherwise I don't like drinking
my calories because it's easy to rack up
your calories that way I notice from the
last time that I did this and so with
this it's zero everything
although sodium it says 5 mg but 0% so I
don't know what that's I mean I'm
assuming there must be some type of a
sodium for but this serving size is a
whole bottle so anyways alright you guys
I'm gonna close I can get this up for
you guys again I don't know how much
footage I'm gonna get today but no
matter what I am really really pushing
towards you guys having a video every
single day even if it's a five-minute
video it's something coming out for you
guys because one it's accountability to
me to it is keeping me on track and
keeping me on a schedule and that's what
I need right now is just to keep myself
on a good positive sched
